HDS Studios has three more large sound stages all with 24ft height clearance:

Studio 1 - 6,210sqft (69ft x 90ft) - £2,500 per week or £POA per day

Studio 2 - 5,796sqft (84ft x 69ft) - £2,500 per week or £POA per day

Studio 6 - 8,514sqft (66ft x 129ft) - £3,500 per week or £POA per day

TOTAL - 20,500sqft

Smaller studios at HDS that can be used for workshops / props and costume store are:

Studio 4a - 1,291sqft - £POA

Studio 4b - 1,300sqft - £POA

Studio 4c - 1,700sqft - £POA

Plus there is an additional space next to Studio 6 which has had a variety of uses in the past for example a vast costume and props store as well as huge workshop:

Warehouse 5 - 7,000sqft (approx) - £500 per day or £1,750 per week
 

There is a wealth of quality production office space divided into two demarked and controllable areas within the site:

Main Building: Ground floor - over 9,000sqft

Main Building: First floor - over 10,000sqft

TOTAL USABLE OFFICE SPACE: 19,000sqft

PLUS, close to 10,000sqft of additional office space that can easily be converted easily to a good standard.

Other areas to note at HDS Studios are:

The old canteen which does not have any catering facilities but we do have dining tables and chairs for over 60 people 

There are many spaces that can be used as dressing rooms and most have a mirror with some chairs. The rooms vary in size with the largest being on the ground floor of the main building.

There is 90 parking bays on site but with experienced unit managers you should be able to accomodate two large units on-site at any one time.
 

HDS Studios is situated in Hayes, Middlesex - less than 5 miles from Heathrow (but without the flight path noise) and between the M4 and A40. These former TV studios are now available to hire, and will be throughout 2012 on a case-by-case basis, offering:

• 4 large sound studios (24ft height clearance) totalling 28,000sq ft

• 3 smaller broadcasting studios

• Abundance of production office space

• Equipment storage

• Workshop areas

• Dressing rooms

• On-site unit parking (90 bays)

• The Studio can be taken as a set build facility or as a production base

• There is 24 hour site security

Nb. HDS security are in place to protect the site, productions must supply their own security for the duration of the hire. Alternatively there is an option of negotiating with studio security to provide extra personnel.
