Film Location - Bison Concrete Slabbing Shed

Situated in West London, within five minutes of the A40, this 17 acre decommissioned concrete works is a fantastically cinematic location with a variety of dramatic vacant factory buildings and warehouses, full unit-base and production office facilities set in apocalyptic wasteland.

Hulking, brooding slabbing sheds - the largest a mighty 170 metres in length - dominate this striking and bleak site.  11 warehouses and workshops offer an array of industrial backdrops and plenty of set-build space.  The imposing 1970s Brutalist office building is a superb filming location in its own right, as well as offering numerous ready-to-go production offices with kitchen areas and minimal investment required to reconnect phone lines and internet.

Warehouses and Sheds

The 11 warehouses and shed buildings are In various states of disrepair, with many original factory fittings and defunct machinery still intact.  There are numerous filming options available at this location, especially for the thriller, gangster, horror and sci-fi genres. 

The range of buildings opens up possibilites for filming a number of different scenes at one location while the huge, open expanses both in and around the warehouses are perfect for filming any scenes involving vehicles, whether for feature films, TV drama, commercials, music promos or photo shoots.

The Office Building

The site offices remain in very good condition. The former directors’ wing is fully dressed, including a large boardroom and reception area.  You can even use the rooftop  of the building as a filming location. There is also one entire floor of clean, empty, office space which would require minimal investment to get back up and running as a fully functioning film production office. There is an abundance of parking and storage on site and the site is within 5 minutes drive of the A40.
