The Parkwood Estate is located 3 miles west of the M25 just off the A30, and set within almost 91 acres of idyllic English countryside. In addition to the expanse of beautiful grounds and surrounding woodland the Parkwood Estate has a fantastic range of individual features including a sprawling yet deserted manor house, a farm house, cottages, paddocks, bungalows, a lake, tennis courts, gardens and a gatehouse. As a group, this is a truly unique, collection of pristine, residential properties that make up one of London’s finest filming locations – the perfect VACANT VILLAGE.
The highlight film location of this site is the 'Arts and Crafts' mansion. It is unoccupied and contains a network of aesthetically appealing and interesting spaces, including a striking wood panelled entrance hall & staircase, numerous large and versatile rooms as well as unique fire places, a commercial style kitchen all constitute this the picture perfect and exceptional film location.
The Stables House
Contrasting to the manor house is the Stables House; an unfurnished ‘footballers wives’ inspired country home. This is an incredibly versatile site with this one house having an enormous kitchen / dining room, cartoon themed bathrooms, indoor swimming pool and outdoor tennis courts.
Rest of the Village
Parkwood’s popularity and success is due to the vast and varied nature of the site. As well as these two great and unique houses there is also a selection of vacant residential properties that include; a Gate House, two semi-detached cottages, an isolated bungalow and a white-clad home surrounded by woodland.
