This vacant sprawling site situated in Egham, Surrey (just off the A30), only 1.9 miles by vehicle from the M25 West, covers 67 acres and is packed full of diverse and interesting buildings and backdrops. The main building, the Presidents Hall dates to around 1870 and holds a vast network of large rooms and corridors. The campus has the full range of university locations from a student union to a 1960s architecturally designed refectory.

The Presidents and College Halls are Grade II listed buildings standing side-by-side, dating back to the mid 19th Century. If you’re looking for corridors, large versatile rooms, entrance halls, assembly halls, stairwells, white spaces and mezzanines, Runnymede can cater to your needs.

The site’s 67 acre spread offers tremendous scope, a wealth of location options. The main buildings are majestic, the 1960s refectory unique, the halls of residence diverse.
