Library fee
You can search our database and make sites visits (recces) absolutely free of charge. When you do decide you would like to hire a location we charge a flat rate £100* library / administration free.
Hire fee
As the location agent we negotiate hire fees to ultimately get you the best possible deal. All our quotes include our commission.
Commission
Our commission is a maximum of 20 per cent of the total hire fee. As we are a Collective, we offer our Members a royalty payment everytime a location within their portfolio is hired. Therefore, based on 20 per cent commission our total hire fee is split three* ways:

Deposit / bond
We require a deposit of 20 per cent (or minimum £100) in addition to the hire fee. This deposit is held to protect the location owner against minor damages and overrun fees. We return the deposit as soon as we have received confirmation that the location is fully reinstated to the satifaction of the owner.
Payment terms
We require cleared funds of 1) the total hire fee, 2) the library fee and 3) the deposit prior to commencing a hire. Please note, we reserve the right to advise a location owner to refuse access into the property until payment is made.
