The Collective has secured exclusive representation of this beautiful rural estate in the Chiltern Hills near Amersham, 29 miles from central London and 14 miles from Pinewood. Despite being a working estate, this is an extremely film-friendly location, eager to attract productions. The estate is home to a number of period manor houses and farm sites, all set in picturesque rolling farm and woodland, with private roads and gardens. Hosting a range of locations and backdrops, both interior and exterior, Penn Estate is a one-stop-shop for any production requiring rural, country estate environments.

Set within its own extensive grounds, Penn House features some beautiful wood-panelled interiors and a variety of furnished rooms, portrait-lined corridors and staircases. Surrounding the building are landscaped grounds, a walled garden and a swimming pool area. The large period bedrooms are perfect for filming and photography and the majestic oak-panelled dining room possesses tremendous cinematic potential.

There are several farms on Penn Estate, offering a multitude of agricultural buildings and settings. Livestock herding and holding pens of different sizes and layout stand alongside sizable concrete bays and aggregate storage areas. One corner of this area has a more derelict "industrial wasteland" feel with barren, scrubbish field on one side and large concrete expanse with tyre dump on the other. A range of vehicle sheds, machinery storage barns and silo installations make up one half of the complex.
