Exteriors
The sprawling decommissioned site can accommodate technical vehicles, full unit base and private car parking. Buildings are a mix of Victorian brickwork and more modern industrial structures. The private road runs through the site via a series of right-angled turns and is perfect for chase sequences, shadowy cladestine meetings and climactic "showdown" scenes. Rooftop areas and the canal towpath are also accessible.

Heritage
Prior to its recent decommissioning, Ram was England's oldest example of a brewery in continuous operation, dating back at least to the sixteenth century. There is a tremendous sense of tradition at this site, and the wonderfully textured brewery interiors are a pleasure to explore, replete with cinematic potential.

Warehouse and Set-Build Space
Ram's warehouse is a dramatic filming location in its own right and equally as valuable as a set-build area, 36,500sqft with 30ft height clearance. This huge space can be perfectly adapted for long-running live audience shows and easily dressed and lit for large scale one-off events. In addition to the main warehouse, the cold store and bottling hall are also available for builds.

Industrial and Derelict
Guaranteed to set designers' pulses racing, these striking decommissioned industrial spaces offer an abundance of atmosphere and possibilities. Tiled floors and walls, snaking pipework, steel staircases and overhead gangways, steel columns and [Scottish accent] girders, vents, ducts, electrical plant and ramshackle machine rooms - click here to explore this veritable bounty in greater detail...

Offices
Ram's office spaces are viable for filming or production office purposes. The older offices are smaller and cosier, with wood-panelling and period features. The 1960s office block is dressed and furnished, ready to go, thanks to the last production based there, who have just moved out.

Stables and Cottage
The brewery's Victorian cottage has been used as a residential filming location in the past and can also be adapted as production office space. The magnificent period stables are bright, clean and perfect for filming and photography.
