February 2009: Langleybury Mansion and School

We’re very excited to announce our exclusive representation of Langleybury Mansion and School in Kings Langley near Watford.  Both the mansion and the school are within the same site and meet all the criteria for straight-forward, trouble-free location filming. Langleybury House is a large, vacant manor house with a vast array of large easily dressable rooms. The ground floor features a number of wood panelled spaces including a fantastic staircase. The first floor and second floor rooms are perfect blank canvasses. Also available to you is a very large and spooky basement.

Langleybury School is a vacant, comprehensive school which has been used a handful of times in the past as a variety of different locations. It works well as a police station and could also easily be turned into an office or even hospital location. The school also offers large set build space in the assembly and sports halls with adequate notice. A production can also use a section of the space to set up a production base with the site offering an abundance of parking.
