April 2009: Carmel College

The large Victorian manor house is decorated in a typically gothic style and retains original fireplaces and lighting features.  The ground floor is a network of corridors and wood-panelled rooms, with a fantastic staircase leading from the main entrance hall.  The upper floors have been converted into dormitories.

Carmel College campus has fantastic examples of everything you would wish to find on a large educational site, including classrooms, labs, corridors, kitchens, refectory, shower blocks, a large empty swimming pool and a large sports hall, which can be used for small set builds.  The grounds include a sizeable amphitheatre, pyramid gallery and a huge, modern religious building.
